Privacy Policy.1. IntroductionThis End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the game "The Hangar Case" ("Game"), developed by Igor Bedunkevich ("Developer"). The Game is available for download on the platforms Apple AppStore, Google Play, Amazon AppStore, and Samsung Galaxy Store.
2. LicenseThe Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Game on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Privacy and Data Protection- Data Collection: The Game uses the Countly analytics service and may use other analytics services to collect information such as device type, operating behavior, and user interactions to improve game functionality and user experience.
- Data Use: Collected data is used for game optimization, targeted advertising, and improving user engagement. The Developer takes appropriate measures to protect user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Third-Party Sharing: User data may be shared with advertising partners and analytics providers only as necessary for providing and improving service offerings.
4. In-Game Purchases- Subscriptions: Subscriptions provide access to certain features or content on a periodic basis. You can cancel a subscription in the respective store from which the Game was installed. Subscriptions automatically renew, and charges will continue to be made until the subscription is canceled. The subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period.
- Permanent and One-Time Purchases: You can also make purchases that provide access to content on a permanent basis or can be used once. These purchases do not renew and are not refundable.
5. User Content- Contributions: Users may generate content, such as custom profiles, in-game text or images, which must not infringe upon intellectual property rights, contain obscene material, or violate any laws.
- Ownership and Licensing: User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the user, but the user grants the Developer a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content within the Game.
6. User Conduct- Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that disrupt the Game, such as cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
- Consequences of Misconduct: Violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Game.
7. Termination and SuspensionThe Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Game for breach of this Agreement, illegal activities, or other misconduct without prior notice and without liability.
8. Dispute Resolution- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Developer's place of registration.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except for disputes needing injunctive or equitable relief.
9. Limitation of LiabilityThe Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to user device, arising from or related to the use of the Game.
10. Modifications to the AgreementThe Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately after their publication in the Game or on the respective platforms.
11. MiscellaneousThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the use of the Game. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
